How do I add hours for an employee at a different rate?

How do I add hours for an employee at a different rate?

Please use the instructions below if you would like to add additional hours for an employee at a different rate than their normal hourly rate.
*Please note that this will not change the employee's rate on record, it will only affect the payroll in which you are processing*

When you are viewing your payroll grid (see below) 


1.  Click the  icon next to the name of the appropriate employee

2.  Click on Duplicate this Row


3.   You will see a second line for that employee populate.  You can change the dollar amount of the rate on the second line and enter the amount of hours for that pay
