How do I re-set an employee's password?

How do I re-set an employee's password?

When an employee get’s locked out of their account they will see the following message




The company administrator will get the following message via email




The administrator can click directly on the link in the email above to log into the payroll system

Once logged in click on the Admin tab, then click on the name of the locked out employee




Enter in the new password (2x) and click Reset Password

**Inform the employee of the new password**
