1. Log into the payroll system and click on either Payroll or Run Payroll
2. Always use the #1 Start Payroll
3. Your dates will auto fill with the calendar that is set up in the payroll system. You can then
click on Start Payroll
A grid will populate showing all of the active employees in the company
The check mark under the “Pay” column indicates that the
employee will be paid. **If they are not
to be paid, unclick this box**
Enter the hours for each employee.
**rates-you can enter a different rate here if there is a one time change, otherwise, please update rate in the employee profile if incorrect**
4. Click Save Changes when finished
5. After you have clicked Save Changes, click Process
6. If the message below is accurate click OK
7. Address any errors that would be listed here. If none (like below) you can click Review Payroll Totals

8. Click on Submit Payroll
After hitting Submit Payroll button, iComp receives notification that your payroll is finished. Once we have finalized, your final payroll reports will show in Reports (from your dashboard)
