Adding a Manual Check

Adding a Manual Check

1. Go to Team > Payroll > Process Payroll
2. Click the Payroll Prep Process button for the next payroll date
3. Click View Pay Statements
4. Click New Pay Statement
5. Select the Employee
6. Select the Manual Pay Statement Type
7. Click OK
8. Enter the Earning/Deduction codes and Amount(s)
9. Click Save
10. Click Preview to see the Net Pay Amount
