Password Reset/Account Unlock

To reset an employee’s password or unlock an account:
  1. From your hamburger menu go to Team > HR > Employee Maintenance > Password Reset or Password Unlock
  2. Select the Employee
  3. Click Reset Password or Unlock in the upper right
