Time Off Request Instructions

1.      Log in

2.      Click the Submit Time Off Request button on your dashboard

3.      Select the Time Off Type


4.      Select Start Request on the right side of the screen

5.      Select the Request Type

6.      Select the Date(s)

7.      Enter the Hours if required

8.      Enter a Comment

9.      Click Submit Request

10.  You will receive an email notification when your time off request has been reviewed
