Online Paystub Email to Employees
When a new employee is hired and they are invited to set up their online portal for downloading paystubs, they will see an email from the following sender:
In the body of the email, it will direct them to a hyperlink. This hyperlink brings them to the iComp Payroll website.
They will be asked to confirm;
1. SSN
2. DOB
3. Zip code
Upon entering all of that information in the system, they will create a password.
Each payroll check date, the employee will receive a link emailed to them directing them to their online account to view/download the paystub. They can also log into the iComp website anytime to view paystubs. https://icomppayroll.myfileguardian.com/PostOffice/SignIn.aspx all documents can be accessed using the history tab on the top.
