How do I access my Company W3 form?
UKG doesn’t give you a copy
of the actual Form W-3, they have what is called a Form W-2 (Summary). This will give you a list of the amounts in the boxes from Form W-3.
From the menu: Team -> Payroll -> Reports -> Taxes
A copy of the actual Form W-3 can be found within your posted Quarter End Packet.
From the menu: Team -> Payroll -> Reports -> Taxes -> Tax Documents
